Sample requirement:

Collect animal vaginal secretions, cervical cells, prostate fluid, urethral mouth secretions and other fresh samples, smear as soon as possible.

Interpretation of the test result:

Observe the morphology of pathogens with fluorescence, and then make a qualitative judgment according to the typical morphological characteristics.

In the B band, mycelia and spores fluoresce red or green. Bacteria fluoresce green, yellow, or red. The nuclei of all kinds of cells and trichomonas have bright green and yellow-green fluorescence. The cytoplasm shows different colors depending on the composition.
